I Bricconcello



The chamber music ensemble "I Bricconcello", brings together four musicians who have a significant long career at an International level. The ensemble “I Bricconcello” began its artistic collaboration very recently, when in April 2010 they recorded for the prestigious Hungaraton Records Publisher in Hungary the world premier “Alfredo Piatti: Songs”, an exclusive first recording of songs for voice, cello and piano. Alfredo Piatti, also an Italian, was one of the greatest cello virtuosos of the nineteenth century. The CD has been released for purchase fall 2010. In the coming concert season the ensemble not only will be the guest of major billboards in Italy but of programs worldwide dedicated to Italian vocal chamber music of the ninetenth and twentieth centuty lieder recitals. Of specific interest will be their completely original progam thematised on the Italian Risorgimento and the Unification of Italy, for its 150th anniversity celebration (1861-2011).

Trio Concertando



Are a newly established ensemble consisting of musicians who for many years have held concerts in Europe (amongst others: Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Holland, England and Greece) and abroad (such as Argentina and the United States). As soloists their experience include performances in prestigious symphonic and chamber ensembes (to list a few: Orchestre des Concertes includes at Geneva, Scarlatti Orchestra of Naples, Turin Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra da Camera di Bologna, Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Orchestra National of the Republic of Moldova, Kishinev Chamber Orchestra), collaboration with conductors and other soloists of international reputation (such as CM Giulini, Riccardo Muti, G. Sinopoli, S. Accardo, JPRampal) and participation in major international festivals (including those in Montreux, Vienna, Ljubljana, Evian, Milan, Rome, Florence, Boston, Brussels).
The ensemble's members have won multiple awards at various Italian and International competitions (Stresa, Naples, Acqui Terme, Gaudeamus International Competition) and have recorded with record labels of the likes: EMI, Bongiovanni, New Era and Dynamic. Not to mention countless airplay over RAI Radio and Radio Vaticana.
Trio Concertando's formation in 2010 sparked immediate public interest and since have performed in numerous concerts. Their varied repertoire and articulate of over 900 arrangements and transcriptions, along with unusual instrumental combination of new works specially composed, creates a truly mezmorizing experience.
